Dining Room Server

Essential Functions:

  • Must be passionate about food and beverage and dedicated to providing unparalleled hospitality to all of our guests.
  • Responsible for coordinating an entire station and communicating with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that satisfies guest. Takes personal responsibility of the entire guest experience.
  • Greet Guests and present with menu.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverages and service.
  • Take orders from guests, relay to kitchen and bartender as appropriate.
  • Serve courses from the kitchen and service areas promptly ensuring accuracy of order.
  • Observe diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with food and service. Respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
  • Total bill, present and accept payment.
  • Perform assigned sidework before and after shift.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to work weekends and all major holidays.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
  • Must have 2-3 years prior fine dining experience.
  • High degree of service orientation, positive attitude and ability to multi-task.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be dependable and reliable.
  • Outstanding people skills.
