Banquet Server

Essential Functions:

  • Must be energetic passionate about providing unparalleled hospitality to all of our guests.
  • Responsible for set-up, break down and coordination of an entire station, communicating with front and back of the house taking personal responsibility of the entire guest experience.
  • Greets guest as they arrive for function assisting in any way necessary.
  • Serve courses from the kitchen and service areas promptly ensuring accuracy of order.
  • Observe diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with food and service. Respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
  • Perform assigned side work both before and after shift accounting for all equipment and supplies.
  • Reset room in efficient manner to ensure proper set-up for next event.
  • Adhere to all guidelines, procedures and established standards of conduct.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to work weekends and all major holidays.
  • Prior restaurant experience is desireable.
  • Basic knowledge of food service skills.
  • Able to perform within the context of a team.
  • Ability to demonstrate and maintain a high energy level.
  • Must be dependable and reliable.
  • Ability to adhere to and maintain service standards, understanding the concept of timing when serving food.

Pay Rate: $12/hour
